Why Choose Us
Dedicated Educators
Learning is easier when you have an excellent Instructor. That’s why our Instructors are highly qualified dentists, dental assistants, and office managers, who have many years experience in a variety of positions in the dental office and are actively practicing dentistry. Our faculty is passionate about dental assisting and bring this enthusiasm into the classroom.
Our Program
Our Dental Assistant Program was founded to create opportunities in this rapidly growing market for students to train and become well qualified dental assistants. Our overall goal is to provide a quality education that is effective, affordable, and convenient. Our Institution not only focuses on teaching dental assistant skills, we place emphasis on the importance of leadership and soft skills in the workplace.
We have created an affordable accelerated dental assistant program that will train you to become a dental assistant in 15 weeks. We are not a 1-2 year training program that can leave you with tons of student loan debt. Through experience, we have found that students capacity to learn is much greater when hands-on experience is provided in combination with small class size and qualified caring instructors who are passionate in our mission. The learning environment we have created provides students with the comfortability of open communication and individual attention in learning.
Commitment to Excellence
Professional and Leadership skills are in demand in all markets. Here at Sierra Mountain Education, we believe that not only is it important to teach dental assisting skills, but also to teach our students the importance of leadership and soft skills in the dental office. We believe that combining these two areas of instruction will produce a dynamic professional and ensure an easier transition to employment.
Our Career Service Department will assist in employment preparation, resume writing, and provide mock interviews to help our graduates with the job search.
We are confident that you will find your experience here both rewarding and effective in providing you an education and marketing skills as you start your new career as a dental assistant.
